Japanese scientists have shown that intense aerobic activity reduces appetite and most effective exercise for losing weight can be called jumping rope .
Observations of the three groups of hungry volunteers showed that after exercise with skipping rope in the blood more likely reduced the number of ghrelin , the so-called hunger hormone .



After training on a stationary bike ghrelin level decreases not as much as the complete omission of the high content of hormones in the blood hunger makes itself felt brutal appetite.
The researchers strongly recommend jumping rope to those who hard given diet.
