Salt can lead to stroke

Salt Cookbook is an indispensable condiment in the diet of every person.
Without it, the food seems fresh and edible. However , the use of this product in large quantities may contribute to increased risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease .
The dose recommended by the World Health Organization, is not more than 5 grams of salt per day (about one teaspoon ). Unfortunately , on average , residents of western countries take at least 10 grams per day.
In Eastern Europe the figure is even higher. Researchers in the study found that lowering the dose of salt 5 grams, humanity could prevent a quarter of a million deaths from stroke and almost 3 million deaths from cardiovascular disease .
