Aerobics recognized as an effective method against hypertension


Specialists of the American Heart Association found that aerobics is an effective way to combat hypertension.
To determine which of the non-pharmacological methods of lowering blood pressure have proven efficacy , U.S. experts analyzed and sorted previously published research. Cardiologists reports on selected research papers in the last six years and identified 124 studies of behavioral therapy, and 105 papers that study non-invasive procedures, and 773 works that explore the impact of different physical activity on blood pressure.



The experts considered various research materials on aerobics, yoga, acupuncture , meditation, weight lifting and biofeedback (complex treatments, during which a person is informed about the change in the physiological processes of the body). After analyzing the data of researchers have noted the association fairly low quality.
At the same time , on the basis of their research , doctors recommend that all patients with hypertension as an additional way to combat high blood pressure to try an alternative , non-drug approach.
